Modern cities, while not necessarily the primary destination, canvas prints are likely to be a transit point where you'll spend a lot of time, especially if you're traveling long distances, where planes and trains tend to reach larger cities, so keep an eye out for photo opportunities. When a travel photographer comes to a new city, he is very excited because there are so many new things to shoot. Cities and towns are great subjects for travel photographers. When photographing cities and towns, it also has a series of problems. Some are technical, others more natural.

The city landscape

Skyscrapers, airports, canvas online train stations and other landmarks are just like the face of a city. However, the stereotypical "standard postcard" shot can be boring. It is better to choose different angles, weather and time of day of the same landmark to create your own style. In a city, if you want to take a big picture, you have to look for high viewing spots, such as taiping mountain in Hong Kong, jinmao building in Shanghai and so on.

Perspective

It's important to get a good view of the whole or part of the city, not only to get a good perspective, but also to take advantage of the sunrise or sunset. Also, remember to shoot from your hotel room at any time. See if you can reserve a room with a view, panoramic canvas prints and always ask again when you arrive. If the Windows don't open, you can only shoot through the glass, so ask to see if the glass is clean or colored before you move in.

City corner

Compared with the big landscape, the details of people and streets can better show the cultural features of a city.

In small corners of the city, the key is to capture those interesting moments. The left image was shot at an oblique Angle, so that both the two people and the drawing board can be fully expressed in the picture.

Seasonal and festive scenes are not to be missed. If you put yourself in them, you will feel a strong festive atmosphere, which is even stronger when matched with the glow of sunset and the consistency of characters' movements.

Some cities have unique features, like pattaya, which isn't too small, but doesn't have any buses, and all public transportation relies on these modified pickup trucks. Take care to bring out the context and background when taking photos -- pattaya is a coastal city, so bringing the water into the picture from a distance can better reflect its flavor.

Some cities are built on hilly terrain, which produces this image. When you take a picture, you can make the house straight and the ground inclined. This is called faithful restoration. Or, like the one below, flatten the floor and let the house fall to one side for a surreal feel.

A small, unremarkable restaurant trail is distinguished by a sea of colorful umbrellas and Mediterranean sun. When shooting such scenes, give more space to the sky and less to the ground, and use a central composition to highlight the depth of the street. Like leaves and petals, umbrellas are perfect for backlighting.

The strong urban flavor is presented through strong colors and shadows, facing the sun, allowing the light to divide everything into highlights and shadows, large canvas prints cheap and the smoke from the grill as a mediator between the two.
