Take beautiful photos in autumn

Autumn has more brilliant and beautiful colors than spring. Along with the unique refreshing autumn, have you ever wanted to pick up your camera and go outside for a walk? The four seasons have different characteristics, if all use the same technique; it is difficult to shoot excellent works, only for the characteristics of autumn, to take a more beautiful picture. Here are some autumn photography tips to help you take beautiful photos.

Be flexible with your lighting

Light is god's artistic knife to the photographer. For the vivid colors of autumn, the use of light is a key factor in creating individual works. Subtle changes in light can make a picture look completely different. Especially under the condition of backlight and transmission light, we can see the transmission light effect of light through the subject, which is purer and more vivid than the reflected light effect when we see it along the light.

Want to strengthen the feeling of autumn, might as well be in dusk, sunset when use side light to shoot, the light at this moment is downy and having the color of gold, shine on the forest that is full of yellow leaf in a large, add appropriate foreground, can express an autumn meaning more!

Give the picture a good background

When shooting close-ups, especially with a telephoto lens, even the most beautiful scenery will lose its luster if the background is neglected. Even when shooting close-ups of leaves, the background factor should not be underestimated. The background should be chosen to highlight the subject rather than overshadow it. By selecting the environment of the subject skillfully, it is not only beneficial to set off the subject, but also can show the organic connection between the subject and the surrounding environment.

Use "wide Angle" and "telephoto"

If you want your photos to look spectacular and feel like you're in the middle of it, shoot with a wide-angle lens and you'll find that the photos not only match (or even exaggerate) the laws of physics of "near big far small", but also have plenty of layers that are useful for "crisp autumn".

But if you are in when photograph discovery far thing is too small, see very hard, can use long focal length to shoot at this moment, the thing in the photograph far can become relatively big, the distance between before scene is compressed, suit to photograph the yellow leaf on both sides of the road most, or be the mountain ridge environment that is full of red leaf!

Carefully match colors

In autumn, the leaves often become red, yellow and full of color. In the dark tree trunks, mountain slopes or lakes, a unique color of autumn will be formed, which is an excellent subject for shooting! A proper representation of the sky is a positive foil to the theme. Sometimes the proportion of blue sky in the picture will determine the success or failure of the work.

Another point must be noted, that is to avoid clutter, a little messy color appears in the picture, will cause the whole picture scrapped.

Pay attention to the water

Autumn shooting is more important for the expression of artistic conception. If it can be combined with the reflection of water surface, the picture effect will be better. Through the large aperture of the foreground, the formation of light spot effect, so that the reflection of the water is very clear, this effect is dreamier, very meaningful. In the foreground, there are reflections on the water surface, which will also add color to the picture.

Look for textures and lines

Textures and lines play an important role in composition and you can't miss them in autumn! Even a field of grass with a well-adjusted perspective and rich colors will add a special theme to your fall photo collection.

Pick a good Angle

The same scenic spot will get completely different effects under the lens of different people, among which the choice of the Angle of the picture is very important. In the same place can try to use a different Angle, head, look up, overlooking, you can get a completely different effect. Low Angle + backlight, as if walking in the autumn sunset afterglow, light philosophy fluttering with the wind.

Of course, these skills alone are not enough. You must also have a pair of good at finding beautiful eyes and a powerful camera. I used Canon SX60 HS for my own travel. This is the one below. Don't underestimate it.
