Some creative skills to improve your shooting

Now many people are more and more skilled in camera operation, but there seems to be no breakthrough in shooting technology. This may be a traditional thinking to get stuck oh, now some tips to improve the creative shooting.

Turn the camera

Normally, you should hold the camera well to ensure that the exposure doesn't blur as the camera vibrates, but turning your camera in a planned way can make the image more abstract and add artistic color, especially if you're shooting toward a different color source or at night. The trick is to slow down your shutter so that you have enough time to catch the light. Horizontal movement and rotation are also common techniques.

2. Adjust the focal length during shooting (commonly known as "blasting")

Adjusting the focal length (commonly known as "zoom") is a simple technique for changing the focal length when the camera releases the shutter.

3. Creative focus

Who says the focus must be on the subject? In fact, sometimes turning the camera to manual focus and deliberately deflecting the subject from focus can create a painterly effect.

Shoot low

Try to shoot at a very low Angle to make the subject feel different from the normal naked eye. If you add a wide-angle lens, you can highlight the subject and express exaggerated effect.

Deliberately overexpose your photos

Photos usually require "correct" exposure without overexposure or underexposure, but sometimes deliberately overexposure can also express a "science fiction" effect.

6. Flash with slow sync shutter

Take advantage of the slow sync shutter speed to absorb more of the scene light, and then use the flash to "freeze" the subject. If you add the "pop" technique mentioned in tip 2, you can take creative photos.

Shoot from a height

In addition to shooting from the plane, we can also use a tripod with a long shutter release or the selfie function to achieve this effect. It is suggested to use a wide Angle or even a fisheye lens, which will make the picture more interesting.

Multiple exposures

Multiple exposure is more pictures taken on the same image film, can use a normal focusing on another out-of-focus pictures to add color art, or let a person have double appear multiple times in phases, but should pay attention to some entry-level camera does not contain the function of multiple exposures, so you need to rely on Photoshop "layer" technology.

Some creative skills to improve your shooting

Add noise

When the ISO value is raised, the shutter speed is increased, but the noise level is relatively high, making the image appear less smooth. But if we deliberately add noise and the right ambience, the photo immediately brings a nostalgic, cinematic feel to the ordinary photo.

Custom white balance

The correct white balance of course allows the photo to accurately show the light and color of the environment at that time, but if we deliberately change the setting of white balance, the photo may bring another special atmosphere and effect! For example, the left side of the picture is the automatic white balance, and the right side is the manual white balance. The picture on the right can bring dark and melancholy feeling.

Make good use of shutter B

Gate B means that the shutter remains open until the photographer presses the shutter button again. This technique can be used to make very dark places colorful (such as the countryside at night), as well as to shoot satellite orbits and fireworks.

Infrared photography

Infrared photography is complicated because it requires altering your camera or adding an infrared filter, but the result is very special, like black and white but different. If you use a filter, the light will be largely removed, so it is recommended to use a tripod or ISO.
