Six essential skills improve the scenery photography

It is a challenge and fun to go into nature with the camera to capture what they see. Perhaps it is the character of people, like that kind of wait for a perfect shooting opportunity and look for one of the best locations, to observe the light in a few hours to create a completely different scene of peace and quiet. Here are some tips for your reference, but these skills in my daily photography work have played a great role, therefore, I hope these can share together with everybody.

1, the maximum depth of field selection

Perhaps, sometimes you want to use a narrow depth of field to try to make your scenery pictures more creative - although landscape photography in general are as much as possible and let the whole scene is in focus as possible. The simplest way is to choose the smallest aperture setting (the largest number) shown on the lens, the smaller the aperture, the greater the depth of the photos you will.

Keep in mind that the smaller the aperture means the less light is camera sensor film (or film) induction, so you need to do exposure compensation, such as higher ISO or lengthen the shutter speed, or both, of course, the best or see the second: use a tripod. PS: of course, sometimes with a shallow depth of field landscape, you can sometimes get good results.

2, need a focal point

All photos need must be the focus of landscape photographs is no exception. In fact landscape photographs without focus, the picture will show very empty, and photos will be because I couldn't find focus and can't perceive what want to show picture and go away soon. In landscape photography, the focus appears in many kinds of forms, such as buildings, branch, a stone or rock, an outline, etc. In addition to consider choose what kind of focus, more want to consider what place will behave more appropriate. The third law (rule of thirds) in this case would be very useful.

3, to consider foreground

An element can let your scenery photography stand out is carefully consider foreground when filming, the prospect of image point of interest and be placed in the foreground. So you can not only put the photos into a photo, can also produce according to extend the depth of field of feeling.

4. Consider the sky

In the landscape photography is another important factor to note is the sky. A lot of scenery photography by a sharp or the prospect of the sky, unless your photos can satisfy any of a, or photos will show is very boring. If you shoot to the view of the sky is very boring, don't let the sky part of the master of your photos, you can put the placement of the horizon in more than one-third of the places. (but the premise is you should make sure that your prospect is attractive). But if you shoot there are all sorts of interesting shapes of clouds in the sky and brilliant color, to lower the placement of the horizon, and make a wonderful stand out in the sky.

You can also consider using image modify tools or through the use of filters to highlight the sky.

5, let the pictures move

When most people think of scenery photography, the first appear in their mind is calm, peaceful and even passive environment. But the real landscape photography is not a static, in order to show the dynamic in the photos, you need to join the dynamic, emotions, and interests. Such as: the wind in the trees. The waves on the beach, a waterfall of water flow, head of birds, moving clouds. To capture the dynamic, generally it means that you need to use the slow shutter (and sometimes takes a few seconds). Of course, this means that more light will be on the sensor, and you need to use a small aperture or filter, or even at dawn or dusk when the light is weaker.

6, change the angle you observe

When you find a worthy, during the filming of a scene out of the car out of the camera, boot, climbed over the fence, the camera up to the eyes, or so, choose a different focal length, and then get to another site click the shutter. We will do it - but that does not let me get to that can attract people's photos, spend more time at this moment, and try to find out more points of interest. May be starting to look for a different location (walk path, looking for a new point of view), on the ground from a low Angle shot. Or find a good high. To explore the surrounding environment, and varied from different angles you will find something really unique.
