Rainy tarmac or smooth surface, you can show the construction and the light reflection. If taken in picture buildings near the sea, rivers, lakes, due to the reflection of water, you can make the lights around the shore or increase brightness, lining an outline of the scenery, it will be better with effect of colour film. Using a colour film shooting night scene, generally should choose the light. But if you use the sun, make the film tonal slant red orange, which also can better represent the light bright atmosphere.
