Light is very important for flowers, it's best to actually have clouds on the day, forming a natural soft light box, or just after sunrise or shortly after sunset, when the light is soft, it's easy to take beautiful flower photos. When the sun is overhead at noon, or the sun is very strong, we should avoid shooting at these times.
